# Navigate through the Project Menu

After [creating](/project/set-projects/create-a-project.md) or [opening](/project/set-projects/manage-a-project.md) a Project, the **Project menu** will be available.

The project menu consists of the following parts:

The **Contents** menu tab allows you to build and manage a [course outline](/project/set-a-project-structure.md).

### **Resources** <a href="#cx18iq8oxmno" id="cx18iq8oxmno"></a>

The **Resources** menu tab allows you to upload, manage and organize creatives (images, audios, videos, documents) for a specific Project.

Resources uploaded to this tab are available for the specific Project and cannot be used for other Projects. \
\
To upload resources for other Projects, use the company resources tab.

The Project resources can be added one by one or in bulk either during the Project creation process or in the Project resources tab.

### **Tasks** <a href="#id-864rlqw0u46o" id="id-864rlqw0u46o"></a>

The **Tasks** menu tab shows all tasks related to this Project.

You can [create and manage tasks](/collaboration/set-tasks.md) to interact with your team, track the progress of Project work, manage requirements, track statuses and navigate directly to the Project or block it is dedicated to.

You can create a task both on the Project tasks page and in the editor:

* Tasks from the Project tasks page editing will refer to the specific Project;
* Tasks from the editor will refer to the block / element editing of the specific Project.

The **Team** menu tab allows you to invite and manage other [users](/workspace/set-users/manage-a-user.md) and their access and permissions for the specific Project.

Translation settings are available on the following subtabs:

> **a. Course translation**
>
> Simplify Project translation using 3 universal methods:
>
> * Manual Translation
>
> * AI-Powered Translation
>
> * Phrase Integration
>
> **b. Labels settings**
>
> Set translation of system texts.
>
> **c. History**
>
> Monitor and manage the history and progress of Auto Translation.

The **Export** menu tab allows you to [download the course](/export/export-a-course.md) in various formats and versions:

* [SCORM options](/export/export-to-lms.md) ([static SCORM](/export/export-to-lms/export-scorm.md), [dynamic SCORM](/export/export-to-lms/export-dynamic-scorm.md), [integration with LMS](/export/export-to-lms/integrate-with-lms.md));
* [PDF](/export/export-pdf.md);
* [HTML5](/export/export-html.md);
* [Markdown](/export/export-markdown.md).

Export settings are available on the following subtabs:

> View the export history and details, download previously exported Projects.
