# Manage Company Users ### Invite new users to company To invite a new user to the company, follow these simple steps: 1. Navigate to **Users**. 2. Click "+ **Add**." 3. Enter the **email** address. 4. Choose a [**role**](#roles) and [**permissions**](#permissions) for the user. 5. Optionally, add a personal message. {% hint style="info" %} Users will receive an email with a link they need to follow to sign up for the company. The link expires in 24 hours for security reasons. {% endhint %}
{% hint style="info" %} The **person** who **creates a company** gets the **Owner** role. **Owner** can use all features of the platform and also have the option to delete the company if needed. The **owner can delete admins**. {% endhint %} ### Roles When you add a new user, you can assign them the following roles in the **company**: * **Administrators** have access to all platform capabilities, can invite users, manage their permissions, create, edit, delete any projects, manage branding, create tasks, and assign responsible users. {% hint style="info" %} Admins can't edit or delete other admins. {% endhint %} * **Employees** can see all company projects and comment on them but can't edit unless invited to the project or given extra permissions. * **Guests** are invited users who can view the project that they were invited to. The user who **creates a project** becomes the **project Owner**. This permission grants them access to all editing capabilities and teamwork within the project, extending some permissions set at the company level. Additionally, the Project Owner can invite members to the project and delete it if necessary. ### **Permissions**

ProA permission that grants access to the pro-mode. Pro-mode allows adding elements to existing templates, adapting blocks for different screens (computer, tablet, phone), and provides access to all element settings.
{% hint style="info" %} To assign a user as a Project owner, a user must have **Team** and **Users** permissions. {% endhint %} ### Edit users You can edit your users. Go to **Users**, select user(s), and click **"Edit"**.
### Resend invite You can resend an invitation to users who didn't accept the invite before the link expired. Go to **Users**, select user(s), and click **"Resend invite"**.
### Delete users You can delete your users. Go to **Users**, select user(s), and click **"Delete"**.
### Invite Colleagues to Collaborate within Course {% hint style="info" %} To collaborate with a colleague in real time, invite them to join the project team. {% endhint %} To invite a colleague to a course, **open the course menu**, **switch** to the **team tab**, and click the "**plus**" button to add a user to the team. ### Navigate to users On the main page header, you can see your collaborators who are currently active in the product. By clicking on a user's avatar, you will be redirected to the same page they are on, facilitating quick navigation to and collaboration on the same project.
