Keyboard input creates text-based assessments where learners enter their answers manually. Itβs useful for testing recall, language skills, math problems, or any task that requires precise, typed responses instead of multiple-choice selection.
Background color
Define the background color for the input field area
Rounding
Adjust corner radius of the input field container
Display border
Toggle border visibility around the input field (Yes/No)
Border color
Set the color for the border around the input field area
Thickness
Adjust border thickness of the input field container
Indents inside the field
Configure the internal padding of the input field (top, right, bottom, left)
Hover color
Set the color that appears when users hover over the input field
Focus color
Define the background color that appears when the input field is active and a user is typing something in it
Answer shadow
Add and configure shadow effects for the input field:
Click the "+" icon to add shadow effects
Select from shadow styles: None, Soft, Regular, or Retro.
Customize the appearance of the text in the Keybord input. You can configure the following:
Input text. Set the font, style, size, line spacing, and color for the text that learners enter into the field
Placeholder. Set the font, style, size, line spacing, and color for the placeholder text that appears when the field is empty (default: "Write your answer").
