To open access and generate a public link, click the "Share Link" button in the top right corner of the project's header and switch on the "Public link" toggle button.
This action enables public links for all entities or disables all previously shared links.
To share the link yo can:
Copy the link and share it with others via email or any other preferred communication method.
Enter collaborators' emails in the "Share" field in the public link modal window. In this case, the user will receive an email notification with the link.
The option to create a public link is only available for users with the “Project Share" permission.
You can also take a public link to a course right from the Home page once it's enabled.
In the "Home", on the tab"All" or "Projects" tab, click on the three-dot icon next to the desired project and select "Copy Link".
There's also an option to share the public link for individual sections (if the access to the project was already switched on).
In the project's "Contents", select a section and click on the "Share Link" in the section menu.
In the editor, navigate to the specific section and click on the "Share Link" in the section header.
Enabling access via the link allows you to create a public link and share the project in "Preview" mode.
Turning off access will prohibit viewing the public link and all old links. This is especially relevant if you need to open the project or its part temporarily and then close it again to make changes peacefully.
In the editor, navigate to the specific block and click on the "Share Link" in the section header.
The "Export - No" setting lets you hide certain sections and blocks from the end product. Hidden materials won't be shown in SCORM packages, PDFs, previews, or public links, including in navigation and content.
