Create Public Link for Commenting

With the viewing public link, you can only view the course, its section, or block, depending on the link type. However, this is not enough if you need to share your opinions point-by-point with colleagues or have a full course review. For this purpose, there is a commenting functionality via the public link, without registration on the platform. This feature is especially useful when working with experts, external users, and focus groups.
Commenting feature gives users the ability to :
Leave comments on the course.
Tag project colleagues in the comments.
See all comments from other participants left earlier.
Participate in all course discussions.
To share the course for commenting, go to the "Comment" tab in the public link modal window. Here you can share the course preview with:
Users who already has access to the company.
Any stakegolder who don't have access to Enter the user's email address if they are not yet on the platform.
Those who already have access to the platform will receive a link via email and will be notified within the platform. New users will also receive an email but will be added to the project as a temporary user with the "Commentator" role.
The invitation link is valid for 21 days.
Temporary 'Commentators' will only see a preview of this project and have the ability to comment. However, you can expand their access later on.
After that, you can invite the user again. If you need to restrict access to the project earlier, remove the invited user from the project through the modal window or on the project team/company users page.
