Actions with Resources

You can select several resources at once and either delete them or move them with a single click.

Upload resources

You can upload resources in 2 ways:

1) during the course creation;

Choose the element where you want to upload a resource. In the element's settings on the right sidebar, click on the name of the resource being used in the element to upload resources.

When the upload resource window opens, look at the tab in the top left corner. If the "in project" tab is chosen, your resource will be uploaded to the course storage. If the "in company" tab is selected, your resource will go to the company storage.

Upload resources to a specific course storage

After making a course and setting it up, click on the "Resources" tab at the top, next to the "Contents" tab. Here, you can upload resources and create folders to keep them organized.

Upload resources to a company storage

Go to the Resources page and click the "+" button in the top left corner to add resources.

Delete resources

To delete a resource, select it and then click the delete button that appears at the top of the page.

If a deleted resource was part of the course content, it will also be removed from there.

Edit (rename) resources

To rename a resource, select it and clcik the edit button that appears at the top of the page.

Move resources

To move a resource, select it and click the move button that appears at the top of the page.

Download resource

To download a resource, select it and click the download button that appears at the top of the page.

Currently, you can download only one resource per one download
