Edit an Element

What is an Element?

An element is a building unit of a block that contains different types of content (e.g. image, video, text, etc.).

There are several elements categories:

• Simple elements includes one content type (images, text, audio, video, files, links, dividers, etc.);

• Complex elements combine simple elements to implement different ways of presenting information;

• Cover elements are used in cover sections only (course content, course authors, etc.);

• Quiz elements are used in quiz blocks only (feedback, single and multiple-choice questions, etc).

Edit an Element

Open an editor and select a block.

Click on the block either in the editor or at the Section block list to select it.

Click on the element in the block to interact with it (fill, open an element settings menu).

Open a Block structure tab to navigate between elements.

Use no-code editor for adjusting the width, placement, and other element settings to create a unique block design.
