Navigate through the Project Menu
After creating or opening a Project, the Project menu will be available.

Project menu consists of the following parts:
Contents

The Contents menu tab allows you to build and manage a course outline.
The course outline consists of the sections:
Cover;
Content page;
Quiz;
Chapter.
To add sections, click the appropriate section buttons to create the outline of the course .
Resources

The Resources menu tab allows you to upload, manage and organize creatives (images, audios, videos, documents) for a specific Project.
Resources uploaded to this tab are available for the specific Project and cannot be used for other Projects. To upload resources for other Projects, use the company resources tab.
The Project resources can be added one by one or in bulk either during the Project creation process or in the Project resources tab.
Tasks

The Tasks menu tab shows all tasks related to this Project.
You can create and manage tasks to interact with your team, track the progress of Project work, manage requirements, track statuses and navigate directly to the Project or block it is dedicated to.
To manage all Projects tasks, use the company tasks section.
You can create a task both on the Project tasks page and in the editor:
Tasks from the Project tasks page editing will refer to the specific Project;
Tasks from the editor will refer to the block / element editing of the specific Project.
Team
The Team menu tab allows you to invite and manage other users and their access and permissions for the specific Project.

Translation

The Translation menu tab allows you to translate Projects in various languages.
Translation settings are available on the following subtabs:
a. Course translation
Simplify Project translation using 3 universal methods:
Manual Translation
AI-Powered Translation
Phrase Integration
b. Labels settings
Set translation of system texts.
c. History
Monitor and manage the history and progress of Auto Translation.
Export

The Export menu tab allows you to download the course in the formats:
SCORM;
SCORM 2004 4th Edition;
SCORM 2004 3rd Edition;
SCORM 1.2.
PDF;
Standard;
Each block as a page;
Each section as a page.
HTML.
Export settings are available on the following subtabs:
a. Configuration
Сonfigure the data before exporting.
b. Archive
View the export history and details, download previously exported Projects.
